Some simple tasks for beginners


If you are still living with your old mindset, technique and tendency and finding no any excitement in your tasks in hand, job you are having, relationship you have built up notwithstanding your due diligence to make them exciting, then you must have to consider that the time has come to change your way of living and have to introduce some different techniques to make your life more exciting and alive.
Simply start to enlist the activities mostly you are engaged in throughout the day, it may be regular or frequent activity all have to enlist without care, without worried, just make them, and just comprise them without worrying of its lengthiness. Secondly separate ten to fifteen minutes from your daily chore to assess the activities enlisted and categorize them in accordance with its priorities. By doing this you would be surprised knowing the real fact that the most of your time and energy are consumed by the activities which have far less importance to you.

Now you have come to know the root cause of your flat life. To make it exciting you need more energy and decluttered arrangement of tasks which lead you to work smoothly throughout the day. To get the desirable result you need to develop the habit of quietness, I know this sounds pretty weird, but this is very important step to reap the fruits or to attain desirable outcomes. So, I am talking here about the habit of quietness, are you aware what the habit of quietness is? Let me simplify this – it is a sort of habit which enables you to abandon the activities that unnecessarily suck your energy and time not carrying any fruits to you. So, when you’ll be developed with this habit of quietness, you’ll be able to save lots of energy and time to make your life much more exciting and energised.        

Now finding and analysing the unproductive activities is very individual concern, because more than most of us have come through different types of unpotential activities throughout the day, so this is only and only you who can differentiate between productive and non productive activities. But for instance I would like to enlist some activities which I found extremely time and energy sucker to me, like watching unrelevant shows or programmes on television for a long frying my mental tranquillity, using social medias like Facebook, Whatsaap, Instragrame, Twiter very frequently without any desirable purpose and specific intention, unnecessarily chit-chat with friends and mostly I kill my precious time by daydreams, which at times throw me into the hell of restlessness. These are the some common examples we used to face with in our day to day life. So in accordance with your suitability you have to escape from these activities or have to use all these very logically.

So, in the end I would like to sum up with these words – Don’t try to control the circumstances around you, just control you from being involved with them. Don’t develop a reactive attitude; be proactive instead of being reactive.
